Single skins rock for using the B-Safe system and can take a beating like a champ. The longevity of these kites is phenomenal, thanks to top-notch materials. With high aging and tear resistance, three ripstop threads, and insane rigidity at just 33g/m², the TX-Light fabric is pure perfection. The leading edge, made of 44g/m² DLX+ fabric, adds extra protection against abrasions and sharp edges. Every part of The Flysurfer PEAK 5 is optimized for peak performance, from UV-resistant surfaces to air-impermeable coatings and absorbent properties that improve airflow when wet.

The B-Safe System on The Flysurfer PEAK 5 is a game-changer. This extra optional Y-line configuration slides along the B-level through eyelets. When you activate the quick release, the bar zooms 3m up on the 5th line, causing the kite to reef horizontally in the middle and reduce its wingspan to a minimum. The kite gently lands and flags out. Reactivate the quick release, and you’re ready to relaunch through the power zone. Perfect for self-landing or taking breaks, the B-Safe System adds peace of mind to every session.
The Flysurfer PEAK 5’s Camber Trim System is all about precision. The mixer, a pulley system, controls the bridle levels, modulating the angle of attack and profile camber. Featuring a two-ring camber trim system, adjusting the rings changes the B or C level’s relationship to the A level, allowing you to trim the foil kite profile from flat to curved with ease.
